12F Studio Suite is a little old, but large and clean. Cooking facility is very convenient and useful. Staff is very friendly and I evaluate work of security staff.
Wifi is not free charge.
The reasonable price for a hotel room with kitchen facilities, located in a convenient and central location
The large living areas of the suites.
TV was old, and the pay-for-music option didn't work. They removed the charge immediately and gracefully however.
I liked that it was so close to the station and easy reach to everything.
I didn't like that I had booked a room with two double beds for my mother and myself and we only got 1 double bed. Also I paid the same price for it despite there being a difference on the website.
I was in the room one night, hard to have a "best" of anything.Hotel was clean, reasonably quiet and served it's purpose. It's an old apt. or condo turned into a hotel. Not anything more nor less. I'd go back, but the rate was high for what it is!
Excellent location. Great comfort. I shared the two bedroom suite with a friend. Perfect : privacy and pleasant living-dining space. Large kitchen well equipped.
I checked in about 1pm expecting to leave my luggage and come back. I heard the clerk take of the person ahead of me who expected to do the same. Before I stepped up to the desk, she called housekeeping to expedite cleaning of his room. Within 20 minutes, my room was ready. Later, I discovered the tv remote wasn't working. It was replaced withing minutes. In contrast to some reviews I read on Booked.net, I found the room clean. No complaints.
Nice room, good room service, could walk to times square/ Empire state ect.
Booked hotel over 3 months before trip and asked to be placed in a high lvl floor. All i got was 3rd foor room. Disappointing seeing how i made reservations early because that was the one thing i wanted, but never got
Self contained kitchen facilities were a big advantage. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable with all the necessary facilities. Convenience stores and ATM were very close.
The hotel is perhaps a little tired with old carpets and decor, but it was very livable.
The large size of the room. It was a small apartment size. Comfortable bed, spacious dresser and closet.
The hotel has no bar or restaurant and after a night at the theater, it's important to me to have someplace in the hotel or close by to go after.
Front desk, bell captain and maid all very friendly and helpful. Convenient to Grand Central.
Shower curtain had black stains where there must have been mold. Mirrors on medicine cabinet were old, creaky and discolored. Sheets on bed were worn and had pin holes
Room size, hotel ammenities and location.
very convenient ans staff were very helpful
